- Once we start working on a project, a construction cost estimator will be assigned to your project and will prepare a very detailed floor wise breakdown of estimate using latest versions of estimating software in the format that you need.
- When you provide us with your suppliers, we will enter your unit pricing or use quarterly updated RS Means pricing or our own cost database.
- After project is completed project is sent to quality assurance department for final check.
- Once project is delivered we provide 48 hours after sales service, we will make any amendment as per our client instructions without any extra charges.

SPECIFIC TRADES
We have number of sub contractors who work with us regularly and get their estimates done by our firm . We compile estimates for single or multiple trades as well like painting, concrete, masonry, MEP, lumber, metals etc. for these sub contractors.
SCHEDULING
We also do scheduling of the projects. It is a step by step time for the completion of the project. We put the number of laborers in the scheduling according to the client’s requirement and then calculate the completion time of each step and eventually the whole project.
SOFTWARE WE USE
We are working on Plan-swift & Bluebeam for getting Take-Off from drawings, We have membership of RS-means, Craftsman National Estimator to get updated prices. We also call directly to vendors and suppliers of that area where the project will be actually executed.
